New Data Spill Shows Risk of Online Health Records

An eye-opening Associated Press article suggests that even the most well-designed online medical systems are not safe. Several experts point out that “the human element is the weakest link” when it comes to having our Social Security numbers and medical histories online. The article interviews those who have been affected by medical data breaches and now worry that hackers may have spotted their information online and tagged them for future financial scams.
