In a 5 year span of my working career I was responsible for a customer service department so I have a concept of what good customer service is. I wish I would have had a department full of folks who care about the customer like Raj does. As he worked he also explained things to me which helped me understand how things work. In my mind he went above and beyond for the customer (me). This speaks very well for the Private WiFi  company.

Last weekend, I was involved in putting on an annual fund raiser for a local charity. One of our fund raising activities is a silent auction - all items sold must be paid for on-site at the end of the evening. The event venue had a Wi-Fi network but as you might guess, it was an open network. Credit card payments were processed using PayPal but I was uncomfortable with PayPal over an open Wi-Fi network at a public venue, and mobile broadband coverage was too spotty to rely upon during a hectic checkout.

So we quickly fired up PRIVATE WiFi on the two laptops used for checkout to provide fast-yet-robust security for our silent auction checkout. Installation took minutes with zero configuration, at an added cost of less than $10 per laptop.  In short, ensuring the safety of our checkout wasn't difficult or time consuming or expensive.

In this day and age with being mobile and in many different parts of a city or state using wifi, it's a good investment when you have the assurance and confidence that PRIVATE WiFi is going to back you up 100%. I use many accounts over different wifi hot spots through out the Southern California area. Many times I need to fully know that my system and information is well protected and invisible. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time from any company out there. Fast reliable service that has you glad you chose them.

When I moved here for an employment, I was struggling to make VOIP calls and browse the Internet anonymously as lot of filtering is been imposed here on the Internet. But fortunately I've been recommended that the PRIVATE WiFi should allow me do whatever I want in Internet. They have a very good support and did not let me think that I'm alone with this application. The performance is very good and I don't have any issues on using this. Really great stuff.

PRIVATE WiFi has given me a new sense of freedom. I had a few minor issues starting with the beta version, but these folks stayed with me and have resolved every problem I encountered. Now works in LAN mode as well as WiFi mode.
